SILCOX-L SYP

This composition contains silymarin and lecithin which are used in combination to treat fatty liver. They work by preventing the liver cells from the harmful free radicals and stops the accumulation of fats.

Silymarin is known as polyphenolic flavonoid which is derived from milk thistle plant. It consists of phytochemicals such as silybin, silidianin and silicristin. It has antioxidant property and it also exhibits membrane stabilizing properties. It protects tissues from undergoing any injury and is used as mainly antihepatoxic agent.

Lecithin is known as essential fat present in every cell in the body. It is also used for memory disorders such as alzihmer’s and dementia. It is the component of cell membrane.

Silymarin causes reduction in the ferredoxin. these ferredoxins lead to damage of cell membrane and silymarin protect the liver cells from toxin by preventing entry of these radicals by causing changes in cell membrane.
Lecithin involves in the synthesis of acetylcholine and increases its concentration. Also, it prevents the accumulation of fats in the liver and prevents or stimulate it to work properly.
